This is a plain-English summary of how we handle your data. The full legal-ese is below, but the short version is — we don't sell your data, we keep what we need to serve you, and we delete it when you ask.
What we collect: When you contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the message you send. When you visit our site, we collect anonymous analytics (page views, time on site, referrer) via Google Analytics. When you submit a review, we collect your name, photo (if uploaded), and review text.
Why we collect it: To reply to your enquiry, to send you a proposal or invoice, to display your testimonial (only with your permission), and to improve our website.
Who we share it with: Nobody, except: (a) Resend (our email provider — to send you our reply), (b) Cloudinary (our image storage — if you uploaded a photo), (c) MongoDB Atlas (our database host), (d) Google Analytics (anonymous traffic data only). All four are GDPR-compliant.
How long we keep it: Enquiry data — 3 years after last contact. Testimonial data — until you ask us to remove it. Anonymous analytics — 26 months (Google default).
Your rights: You can ask us to (a) show you what we have on you, (b) correct it, (c) delete it, (d) export it. Email support@webdigitaldevelopment.in and we'll comply within 7 working days.
Cookies: We use essential cookies (for sessions and security) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can decline analytics via our cookie banner without breaking the site.
Children: Our services are not directed at people under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes: We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be notified to active enquiries by email.
