Web Digital Development — Refund & Cancellation Policy
Here's our refund policy.
Before work starts: If you cancel within 48 hours of paying the advance and we haven't started work yet, we'll refund 100% (minus any payment-gateway transaction charges).
After work starts: If you cancel after we've started, we keep what's earned at our standard hourly rate (shared in your proposal) and refund the rest. We'll send a written breakdown of hours worked.
After project handover: No refunds. You've received the deliverables.
Subscription / retainer services (SEO, marketing, maintenance): Cancellable with 7 days' notice. We refund the unused portion of the current month, pro-rated by day.
Registration services (Pvt Ltd, MSME, etc.): Refund of our service fee if we haven't started the application yet. Once we've filed with the government, no refund (government fee, if any, is non-refundable regardless).
Disputes: Email support@webdigitaldevelopment.in. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Most disputes are resolved by a friendly call.
Chargebacks: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks that turn out to be without merit will be contested. We've never had one we couldn't resolve directly.
