AS Tradewings is a logistics-focused business supported by a dedicated team of 3–5 professionals with strong industry knowledge and practical experience. The team has extensive exposure to the logistics and freight industry, with some members having 10+ years of professional experience in the field. Their knowledge covers various aspects of import, export, freight forwarding, and international logistics. One of the team members has also gained international work experience, including approximately two years outside India, giving the team valuable insight into global logistics operations. Before starting the website project, we had detailed discussions with the AS Tradewings team to understand their business, experience, services, goals, and long-term vision. They shared valuable insights about their work and explained even the smallest details of their operations, which helped us understand the project from a business perspective. Based on these discussions, we first created the initial UI concept and design structure for their approval.
